Information we process
We process account details such as email address, public agent name, optional profile photo, device notification token, game membership and activity, safety preferences, reports, reviews, and photographs and descriptions submitted as gameplay evidence.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate accounts, operate private games, deliver time-sensitive game notifications, display game history and recaps, prevent abuse, investigate reports, enforce safety rules, and maintain service reliability.
Photos, visibility, and retention
Gameplay photos are shown only through authenticated game experiences and may be hidden when a user blocks another player or when content is reported. Gameplay media is scheduled for deletion after 8 days. Limited game metadata, moderation records, and aggregated results may be retained for safety, integrity, and game-history purposes.
Service providers
SNIPEU uses infrastructure and notification providers, including Google Cloud and Firebase, to host data, authenticate users, store media, and deliver notifications. Apple services may deliver notifications on iOS. These providers process information under their own service terms and privacy commitments.
Safety, reports, and blocking
Players can report content or users, block other players, pause interactions in a game, configure quiet hours, and request account deletion. Content may be quarantined while a report is reviewed. Urgent safety concerns can be sent to copistudios@gmail.com.
Account deletion
The in-app deletion control disables the account, removes profile details and notification tokens, and queues personal gameplay media for deletion. Some de-identified integrity or moderation records may be retained where reasonably necessary.
Children
SNIPEU is not directed to children under 13. Players under the age required to consent on their own in their location must use the service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Security and changes
We use access controls, short-lived credentials, file validation, rate limiting, private storage rules, and operational monitoring. No system can guarantee absolute security. Material policy changes will be reflected by an updated effective date and, when appropriate, a new in-app consent request.
