Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old. If local law requires parental or guardian permission for you to use the service, you must have that permission. Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and notify us if your account may have been compromised.
Private games and consent
Only invite people you know and who have agreed to play. Never photograph nonparticipants, enter private or restricted spaces, trespass, stalk, threaten, drive unsafely, or create a dangerous situation to make a snipe. Stop immediately when anyone withdraws consent. SNIPEU is entertainment, not permission to disregard another person’s boundaries or the law.
Your content
You retain ownership of photographs, descriptions, drawings, and other content you submit. You give CoPi Studios LLC a limited, nonexclusive license to host, process, display, moderate, and delete that content only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, and improve SNIPEU. You confirm that you have the rights and consent needed to submit it.
Prohibited content and conduct
- No sexual content, exploitation, harassment, threats, hate, graphic violence, or illegal activity.
- No photographs in bathrooms, bedrooms, locker rooms, medical settings, or other places where privacy is expected.
- No impersonation, cheating through technical abuse, malicious automation, account sharing, or attempts to bypass security and moderation.
- No use of SNIPEU to locate, monitor, or target a person outside a mutually agreed game.
Moderation and enforcement
Players can report content and block accounts. We may remove or quarantine content, restrict features, suspend accounts, preserve relevant safety records, or contact appropriate services when reasonably necessary to protect players, comply with law, or enforce these terms. We cannot review every submission before it appears.
Ads and virtual game resources
Optional rewarded advertisements may restore limited in-game resources after the advertising provider verifies completion. Game resources have no cash value, cannot be transferred or redeemed, and may be adjusted to protect game integrity. Advertising availability is not guaranteed.
Availability and changes
The service may change, experience interruptions, or discontinue features. We may update these terms and will provide notice when a material change requires it. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised terms, except where additional consent is required.
Disclaimers and responsibility
Use SNIPEU at your own judgment and risk. The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. You are responsible for your conduct, surroundings, compliance with law, and interactions with other players. SNIPEU is not an emergency, tracking, or personal-safety service.
Ending your account
You may request account deletion in the app. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, safety risks, fraud, or misuse. Provisions concerning content permissions, enforcement records, disclaimers, and responsibility survive when their nature requires it.
